1. Users may only upload images that belong to them or that they have permission to use. Your images may be visable to other users.
2. Users should only upload images they wish to use as their custom homepages.
3. Users may not upload images containing material that is pornographic, racial, of religious hatred, copyright-infringing or that could be insulting to others. Violation of this term will result in the deletion of the infringing custom homepage and prosecution.
4. All user info is kept private, Pimp My Homepage will not share user information with any third party.

In cases where illegal images are found the right is reserved to share the ip and user information with law enforcement agencies.
